Le Caussanel used to be a farm, before it was partially destroyed to create the Pareloup lake. Today the 10ha property offers the choice between spacious pitches (100 m²) and accommodation (mobile-homes and chalets). In July and August the campsite really comes to life thanks to its on site activities, its sports facilities, its swimming pool and slides, mini farm, mini club and playground... It is the perfect holiday destination for young families. You will definitely need the car for a 30 minutes to one hour's drive to go and see the Tarn Gorges for example, however, given the beautiful scenery the region has to offer it is really worth your while.
